How we started

 

After operating several restaurants & catering service in France, I have the desire to open my restaurant in USA. I love the United States, I have traveled with my family a lot and stayed in the West America because we love horses and long rides with them in the fabulous landscapes of the West USA. ​It is a real dream come true today, I am very happy to live in the USA with our little family​​. 
Florence, The Chef ,French and Belgian in the heart because born of a French daddy and a Belgian mom have studied and graduated high school, Hostelry and Catering in the town of Namur & in the town of Libramont, Belgium ​​​and has managed successfully many restaurants inFrance and Belgium. The last restaurant'' Le Vieux Bruxelles''  noted on the Michelin guide ( click here ) it she left to to settle with his family in the United States was located in the city of Clémont (CHER) near Orléans and 1h30 from Paris.See here )  
 
After opening her French restaurant in Sheridan Indiana, '' The French Manor ''  she decided with her family to launch her catering project : job she particularly likes.  That is how born '' The French Caterer ''
 
For all occasions, for all tastes and all budgets, French caterer ensures quality in service and ready meals corresponding to a charter which we commit! Through ongoing quality control and food hygiene but also through respect for traditions we ensure a successful event!
